Effective date: April 16, 2019 Book My Boat Pty Ltd (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the www.bookmyboat.com.au website and may, at any stage after the effective date, also operate an associated bookmyboat mobile application (the “Service”).This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data. Identity Verification Processes

BookMyBoat may, at any time after the effective date of this privacy policy update, upgrade its service so as to utilise a mobile phone number verification process that requires every user to input their phone number and basic information upon registration and/or before a booking is approved in order to become verified.

Any or all parties to a transaction may be required to verify their phone number/s before proceeding with a booking.
