Identity Verification Processes

BookMyBoat may, at any time after the effective date of this privacy policy update, upgrade its service so as to utilise a mobile phone number verification process that requires every user to input their phone number and basic information upon registration and/or before a booking is approved in order to become verified.

Any or all parties to a transaction may be required to verify their phone number/s before proceeding with a booking.

Data Deletion

You may request to have your account deleted by sending an email title “Data Deletion Request” to support@bookmyboat.com.au

You must use the email address used to register the account when making such a request.
